Sparkholder Description:

While it is possible for nearly all sentient life to foster a gift for the arcane arts, these few individuals are by far the most naturally attuned to it. Often channeling energies of the natural world in their childhood, these individuals are to be considered prodigies of fostering their inner spark.

Starting Skills: Arcane Sense, Arcane Arts, 1 Elemental Skill (Rank 1 to start). Hp Growth: +3 per level Mp Growth: +10 per level Requirements: 18 Intelligence, 14 Willpower, 12 Dexterity.

Class Advantages:

Level 1: +1 Spell Accuracy, Arcium: The study of cantrips and the simple use of magical energy. Utilizing this skill costs no Mp to perform, but also can only cause small effects that produce no damage whatsoever. They will exist only for as long as the caster concentrates on the effect. These effcs include summoning motes of light, glowing fingers, heating or chilling a drink, or leviating small objects (nothing more than a few pounds).

Level 2: +1 Spell, +1 Spell Accuracy, +1 Spell Damage
Level 3: +1 Spell, +1 Spell Accuracy, Arcane Prism:

Usable once per day, the mage is able to bring forth a magical shield infront of themselves or another (not both) that will remain in effect until the next time the target takes damage. This shield will absorb the full brunt of a single blow, turning the force of the blow into healing energy equal to half of the damage that would be dealt. This ability takes a single charge and uses 20 MP to cast.

Level 4: +1 Elemental Skill Rank, +1 Spell Accuracy, +1 Spell Defense
Level 5: +1 Spell, +1 Spell Accuracy, Manaflare:

Through the use of this ability, the user is able to shape the ambient magical energy around them into a single blast of arcane force. The amount of energy this ability uses depends on the user, but no more than 50 MP can be used in order to produce 25 damage. May only be used on a single target, and is subject to a spell accuracy roll like any spell.

Class Restrictions:

Armor Restrictions: May only wear cloth class armor.
