All characters start out with 500
Skill Points. This encompasses the general knowledge and skills that
individuals gather over the course of their childhood. You'll hold
nearly full customization in your hands as the player and get to
really watch your character grow as you manipulate him/her toward
various goals. There is no set way to build your character.

You are free to distribute your SP any way you like
provided it falls within the basic guidelines of spending it. Each
area of allocation requires a certain amount of SP to be spent, be
it buying or raising a skill, upping your accuracy and more. The
cost varies between the items.
Always remember before you submit SP to be used: Once SP is spent it
will not under any circumstance be given back. Once used, it is
permanently allocated. The following list will give you an idea of
what you can use your Skill Points on and the general cost of each.
Purchase 1 attribute point: 70 SP
Increase a % skill by 1%: 3 SP per (skills cannot go above 75%
unless otherwise stated).
Purchase a skill/spell: Cost listed next to each skill/Specialty

Increase Accuracy by 1: 60SP
Increase Defense by 1: 60SP
Increase HP by 1: 5SP.
Increase MP by 5: 5SP.
