First and foremost, everyone congratulate Ceit on his newfound social status! He is as of now, a Novice Magi! He is the very first social status within the realm of Lavellan. So, congratulations, boney-butt. :D

Please welcome Tahngarth to the realm; we sure have missed our bullywoolly's around these parts! ^^

Clueless as to how to start your social status questline? Go here. The requirements for each are listed, and the descriptions. How do you start the questline? Well, Ceit's social status was attained through a non-linear quest last night. Non-linears are a freeform type of questing style, that focuses on several player's personal quests/marketing/shopping/missions, and so forth. If you're ready, with the requirements listed, and wish to start this questline, please simply ask a DM to begin it for you. It can also be started on the forum for time constrain sake, and followed up by GM intervening at some point, or continued in the channel with the forum thread RP in mind.

Multiple pages have been added and edited to further accentuate the site's overall theme. 

The Weapon Types page has been revamped and the new Featured Weapons are posted. These are subject to undergoing modification and expansion, so keep posted for the goodies. 

With some players' finals coming up soon/ongoing, we look to expand our user-base within the next few bases; so make sure your character sheets are submitted, skill points are distributed, and all other modifications are complete prior to questing, etc-- although we can easily modify your character sheet to reflect the changes(even during questing itself), we prefer that our main focus is on the quest itself and will help players with these details beforehand, if required. You may also do a 'dry run' of a character -- unregistered -- simply to explore that characterization/persona more adequately. It is of no issue for the Aegle Waygate crew to simply tack on the EXP/GP/Rewards to another character, if you decide to trash the character within the first few days, etc.

 

 

HELP & TREASURE

There have been numerous pages revamped of late, but I have added two with actual content for references: A HELP  & a TREASURE page.  The HELP page is introduced as a means/walkthrough for newcomers--who aren't as RP savvy as others. The Treasure page features a "EXP" continuation page, summarizing some of the more intricate details of EXP, treasure, GP, and rewards.

Make sure you're started on your cartography project, folks- because time'sa tickin' allrighty? ;D

Also look for a poetry contest within the next week or so, as I write up the features. I expect our RPG newsletter will be eventually modified to a newspaper of sorts--and content is required for it's monthly upkeep. :)

Basic Magic Spells

A new set of Basic Magic spells have been added to the Realm page, under Player Guide, etc -- Go here! Keep in mind that this is a basic set of spells, and you should use discretion whilst spending Skill Points.

New language books are underway--(posted of now, elven)--and continue to grow plentifully within the NORTHERN CHANTRY ATHENEUM.    There is a new wing that grants access to for public use.

 

 

The script was engineered by our very own Midway, to reflect the Elven tongue version of Aegle Waygate. If you intend on using the translator for other RPGs, please let us know what you intend with the script. We'd like to see the results.

What foul remnants of the past stray to opress the Endow Moors' patrons? A ghost unrest, to flitter about in hopes of quenching their untimely death? Waygate Anchor officers hoping to recruit green boys for their cause? Something has made its presence notice--- and the patrons of the Moors have not seemed to take a liking to its interference into their everyday go-ons! Maybe Midway & Azreal will plunder those very paths that will lead the patrons to righting the wrongdoing, or unsettled atmosphere of late!

The Mentalist (Sparkholder tier) has been added successfully to the sparkholder table to further our continual effort of completing the tier. We're still in the very beta form of the rpg itself, and encourage players to recruit on their own accord, as well. :]

 

Several Social Status questline have been posted onto the table, for rank 2 social statuses. As they progress, there's a laundry list of requirements and challenges the player must face in order to successfully attain the rank. Some may be seemingly less drastic than the others!

Freeform is a constant every night, and scheduled quests/dungeon raids are posted on the calendar weekly. If you're hesitating on whether or not you should register-- don't! EXP and other goodies can be accumulated during this period, and the content that's not added, is basically materials required for higher levels. :)  Make Aegle Waygate your home today!

We're back into the roleplaying swing- players have lined up, some newcomers have been showing their great skill; a lovely addition to our realm! EXP for freeform has been updated to specified characters, and those who are not registered - please do so so that your EXP can be modified for future usage.

 Please re-read the Copyright Statement, as they have been updated to further reflect and accomodate the Aegle Waygate playstyle for Sorcery.net. :)

We expect to start questing and dungeon play during the end of the week, or next week given availability. The actual Quests & Events will be added to the Calendar(main site page link/display photo, or forum itself).
